Pokémon Survivor Burst Community Polls

ClessioTV asks the community which Pokémon to add next. That is the whole job of Pokémon Survivor Burst polls. They are not changelogs, they are not download links, and they are not a second Pokémon hub. A ballot can name thirty Kalos species. Your 4.5 client still has the 31+ fighters you unlock with in-run challenges. This page exists so you can vote without treating the StrawPoll as a patch, and so you can keep playing while a closed Generation 5 vote sits on the Eevee Expo thread with no ZIP attached.

Read the Updates Hub when you only need the version number. Read patch notes when something actually shipped. Read the roadmap for the undated promise list. Stay here for the voting layer: who asked, which generation is open, how a win is supposed to enter the roster, and what you should not rebuild while you wait.

Polls are not patches

A poll is a public signal to the people who ship the ZIP: ClessioTV for development and game design, with programming from ClessioTV, Codex, and Luka S.J. It does not unlock a slot on the choose-a-Pokémon grid. It does not change Burst, Ban, Bonus Reroll, Tower access, or Endless currency. It does not rewrite Kecleon Shop Core. If a Discord screenshot of a pie chart is sitting in your head as “the new roster,” you have mixed a vote with a changelog.

The official pattern for a real roster drop is already on the thread. Generation 4 arrived in version 4.0 as a numbered post: new playable Pokémon, new Challenge Pokémon, then names you could actually pick after you met in-run challenges. Regional forks in 4.5 (Kirlia → Gallade, Quilava → Hisuian Typhlosion, Pikachu → Alolan Raichu) were also changelog lines, not poll results. When Generation 5 or 6 winners land, they should show up the same way: a version bump you can see on the title screen, a bullet in patch notes, then a locked portrait that unlock Pokémon challenges open. Until that chain happens, the name on the ballot is flavor.

Bookmark the thread, not a screenshot of one StrawPoll. The Links Hub is the URL list if you only need the Expo thread, Discord, and ZIP hosts. Poll URLs can be mirrored. Prefer the link ClessioTV posted on the thread.

The thread header versus the 4.5 client

The Eevee Expo card still lists the project as Completed, version 4.0, with an ETA of 1 September 2026. That ETA is a real number from the thread. It is also already behind the public client: version 4.5 shipped Endless Mode after that date sat on the card. Polls live in that gap. The game is finished enough to download, rank, and vote on. It is not finished in the sense that ClessioTV stopped asking which Pokémon you want to use.

Do not wait for the header to catch up before you vote or before you play. Do not treat the September ETA as a poll deadline. Generation votes do not expire on the project card. They expire when ClessioTV marks them closed, the way Generation 5 is closed now. If a friend is still arguing about “when Burst launches,” send them the title-screen version and the Updates Hub, not a StrawPoll tab.

The thread’s forward-looking block is still the same category list: new playable Pokémon, new attacks, new attack types, new mechanics, more build combinations and synergies, and “more surprises.” Polls are how the Pokémon line of that list takes community input. They are not a schedule for the other lines. A Generation 6 winner can still wait, change, or lose a later design pass. A closed Generation 5 vote can still ship after Endless. None of that is a date this wiki will invent.

How a vote is supposed to feed the roster

Think of the roster as a chain, not a gift bag.

1. Community names a generation. ClessioTV posts a poll for that generation’s species.
2. Players vote. The StrawPoll records a preference. It does not write a save file.
3. Design and programming happen off-thread. Burst kits, passives, extra attacks, and unlock challenges have to exist before a portrait is honest.
4. A numbered ZIP ships. That is the only moment the name becomes playable content. Track it on patch notes.
5. You still unlock it in-run. New fighters follow the same challenge loop as Sableye, Dratini, and the Generation 4 arrivals. Clearing Classic on Mudkip will not auto-grant a Kalos winner. Use unlock Pokémon when the slot actually appears.

Nothing in that chain is a shared session, a code desk, or a gacha. Pokémon Survivor Burst is a single-player bullet heaven with an online leaderboard. Voting is extra-curricular. The leaderboard will not grow a Generation 6 column because you clicked Chespin.

If you are deciding whether to install, ignore the polls. If you are deciding who to grind tonight, polls are flavor; the Pokémon hub and the unlock challenges on species you already own are the queue. Spend fragments on Kecleon cores that help the 31+ that exist. Use the unlock checklist so a future drop does not land on a save that still has unnamed Data and a locked Rush slot.

Generation 5 poll — closed

ClessioTV ran a Generation 5 poll asking which Pokémon from that generation players wanted to use. The official thread now marks the vote closed. This page will not guess the winner, will not print a fake Unova starter table, and will not pretend a closed poll is version 5.0. Closed means the ballot is no longer the live input channel. It does not mean a Pokémon is in your ZIP. It does not mean you should reroll your week off the current grid.

When a Generation 5 name actually ships, treat it like any other roster note: confirm the version on the title screen, read the new patch notes section, then hunt the challenge that grants the slot. Until then, do not rebuild a tier list around a straw poll you can no longer vote on. Play the 31 that exist. Keep Shop Core grown. Keep mode medals per Pokémon. That is how a closed vote still has somewhere to land.

If a social post claims “the Gen 5 winner is already in 4.5,” ask for a changelog line. Regional forms and Endless are 4.5 facts. An unpublished Unova name is not.

Generation 6 poll — open on StrawPoll

The live vote is Generation 6. ClessioTV asked which Gen 6 Pokémon you would like to play as and pointed the thread at a StrawPoll by Clessio: vote on the Generation 6 StrawPoll. That is the official vote link as of the thread post. If Discord pastes a different URL, prefer the thread. Results live on the same StrawPoll; this wiki will not reprint vote counts that move every hour.

The ballot lists first-stage Generation 6 species as vote options, not as a playable roster. Kalos starters such as Chespin, Fennekin, and Froakie sit next to names like Honedge, Goomy, and Hawlucha. None of those names are in your 4.5 choose grid because they won a click. They are the question ClessioTV is asking. Treat a leading slice as community taste. Treat a changelog as the only roster update.

Voting is not a pre-order. It does not unlock a Pokémon in your client. It does not change Burst, Tower access, or Endless currency. After you vote, go back to a run. The poll will not clear Classic for you, and it will not spend your fragments. If you only have time for one tab tonight, the run is the useful one.

What you should not do after voting

Do not pause Kecleon because “Gen 6 is coming.” Permanent upgrades and mode clears are preparation for whatever ships; they are not a pause button. Do not skip unlock Pokémon work on the current 31+ because a Kalos name looks cooler on a pie chart. Do not write a fake 4.6 tier list that ranks Chespin above Mudkip. Mudkip’s Classic evidence is a public board. A poll option has no HP, no Speed, no Water Pulse, and no Damp Recovery card this wiki can cite.

Do not treat a StrawPoll mirror as a download host. ZIPs stay on the MediaFire URLs collected in the Links Hub. Do not treat Discord pins as a second official ballot. One thread link, one StrawPoll. Do not invent a Generation 7 poll because the pattern feels good. If ClessioTV opens another vote, it will appear on the thread the way this one did, and this page can grow a section. Until then, the only open community ballot this wiki will name is Generation 6.

Do not wait for the 1 September 2026 ETA to “resolve” the polls. That date is header lag. Version 4.5 Endless is already the public client. The next useful click after a vote is Classic, Rush, Tower, or Endless on a Pokémon you already own — not another results refresh.

After a winner ships — and the systems that are not Pokémon names

When a poll winner finally appears in a numbered ZIP, it still has to survive the same loop as everyone else: challenge unlock, Classic to learn the kit, Rush and Tower per species, Endless as the 4.5 extra. New attacks, new attack types, new mechanics, and more synergies are on the same promise list, and they are not decided by the StrawPoll. Those land beside Bonus Reroll, Ban, the Form System, Kecleon permanents, and regional flags. Watch patch notes for verbs, not for pie charts.

The roadmap keeps the undated “more content is coming” block in one place. This page keeps the ballots honest: Generation 5 closed, Generation 6 open at the StrawPoll above, thread still printing Completed v4.0 / 1 September 2026, public client already 4.5 Endless. Vote if you care. Play the roster you have. Let ClessioTV turn a preference into a fighter before you give that fighter a letter grade.
