Pokémon Survivor Burst Roadmap

Pokémon Survivor Burst is listed as a Completed project on Eevee Expo, and the same header still shows version 4.0 with an ETA of 1 September 2026. That ETA is a real number from the thread. It is also already behind the public client: version 4.5 shipped Endless Mode after that date sat on the card. This roadmap exists so you can hold both facts at once. The game is finished enough to download and rank. It is not finished in the sense that ClessioTV stopped talking about new Pokémon.

The official “more content is coming” block on the Eevee Expo thread is short on purpose. It promises new playable Pokémon, new attacks, new attack types, new mechanics, more build combinations and synergies, and “more surprises.” It does not attach calendars to those lines. This wiki will not invent them. If a social post claims a week, treat it as unofficial until it appears as a changelog on the thread or a version bump you can see in the patch notes.

How to read a Completed fangame that still patches

Completed, on Eevee Expo, means the project left the in-development column. It does not mean the ZIP froze. Burst’s own header says future revisions will be bug fixes or small updates, and then the thread proceeds to drop Tower, Generation 4, Endless, and regional forms. For players, the useful split is:

Playable now. Windows, macOS, and mobile builds, 31 playable Pokémon on the thread’s current count, four modes once you unlock them per Pokémon, Kecleon permanent upgrades, online rankings. Learn that layer with getting started and the game modes guide.

Promised without a date. Extra roster members, extra attacks and types, extra mechanics, extra synergies. Those are why this page exists. They are not why you should delay a first Classic clear.

Community input. Generation polls. These are the only forward-looking posts with a public vote attached. They are not patch notes. A winning name can still wait, change, or lose a later design pass.

If you are deciding whether to install, ignore the polls. Install from the download guide. If you are deciding who to grind next, polls are flavor; unlock challenges are the actual queue.

Generation 5 poll — closed

ClessioTV ran a Generation 5 poll asking which Pokémon from that generation players wanted to use. The thread now marks the vote closed. This page will not guess the winner, will not list a fake roster, and will not pretend a closed poll is a patch. When a Generation 5 Pokémon actually ships, it will show up the way Generation 4 did: as a numbered changelog on the thread, then as a line in the patch notes, then as a name you can pick on the choose-Pokémon screen.

Until that happens, do not rebuild your tier list around a straw poll. Play the 31 that exist. Spend fragments on Kecleon cores that help the Pokémon you already unlocked. Use the unlock checklist so a future roster drop does not land on a save that still has unnamed Data and a locked Rush slot.

Generation 6 poll — open on StrawPoll

The Generation 6 poll is the live one. ClessioTV asked which Pokémon from Generation 6 players want to use and pointed the thread at a StrawPoll: vote on the Generation 6 StrawPoll. That is the official vote link as of the thread post. If Discord pastes a different URL, prefer the thread.

Voting is not a pre-order. It does not unlock a Pokémon in your client. It does not change Burst, Tower access, or Endless currency. It is a signal to the people who actually ship the ZIP: ClessioTV for development and game design, with programming from ClessioTV, Codex, and Luka S.J. After you vote, go back to a run. The poll will not clear Classic for you.

What “new mechanics” probably sits next to

The thread’s future list is category labels, not a Gantt chart. You can still place those labels against systems that already exist, so a later patch has somewhere to land.

New playable Pokémon will sit on the same unlock loop you already use: complete a challenge during a run, expand the roster, then chain Classic → Rush → Tower on that new name. Endless is the 4.5 extra. Nothing in the promise list says the chain is going away.

New attacks and attack types will sit on the same bonus draft you already steer with Reroll and Ban. If a new type shows up, it will matter for Burst routing and for whatever best builds page is current that week—not for a hypothetical calendar.

New mechanics and synergies will sit next to the Form System from v2.0, temporary versus permanent bonuses from v3.0, and regional evolution flags from v4.5. When a patch says “synergy,” read it as a build constraint, then test it in Classic before you take it to the leaderboard.

That is as far as honest forecasting goes. Anything more specific—a week, a name, a mode 5—is fan fiction until ClessioTV posts a changelog.

What this page will not do

It will not turn the 1 September 2026 ETA into a countdown. That date is historical context for why the header looks stale. It will not list “leaked” Pokémon. It will not clone the Links Hub or reprint every credit. It will not tell you to wait for Generation 6 before you touch Kecleon. Permanent upgrades and mode clears are the preparation for whatever ships; they are not a pause button.

When the next numbered version appears, start at the Updates Hub, read the new patch notes section, then come back here only if the post includes another poll or another “more content is coming” rewrite. Until then, the roadmap is: play 4.5, vote on Generation 6 if you care, and treat every other date as unofficial.

If you only remember one sentence, remember this: Burst’s future is roster and systems, not a second platform and not a promised ship window. The next useful click after this page is a run, not another poll tab.
